The desk clerk was extra courteous and helpful. We had a large family group and were checking into five rooms all at one time. A hectic time, but she did a great job!

The location was good. Easy to find.
The breakfast was a disappointment. A room with 2 queen beds is barely enough room to move around. The yogurt and cream cheese seemed to be at one point frozen or it was old. They didn't have expert ion dates on them. The pillows were small like for a child not a adult. They kept slipping out from our heads while trying to sleep. Could hear each time the person next to us used the shower or restroom.

Room was clean.
The alarm not going off full blast at 12:00 at night. Bathroom was made for really short people. Grip on the shower floor was shoddy and almost slipped multiple times.

The staff both at the front desk and housekeeping were so nice. We stayed for 5 days and they were happy to get us what we needed. When we walked into the room it was so clean. Breakfast was good, a nice variety. Many different restaurants very close by. Easy drive to mall or other attractions.
The indoor pool was a little chilly. I did not care for the extra soft pillows but that is personal preference.

The location was quiet and easy to find.
The name of the hotel is not on the side along the parking lot! The bathroom needed additional cleaning---one should not see yellow scum around the toilet seat bolts, smeared mirrors or yuck around to top of the sink.

The room was clean and tidy. So it met our needs for the one evening. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked.net should specify that Safe rental w/ warranty would be charged to the bill. We pay 1.35 for 1 USD . Safe charges were 1.50 per night (and tax) Did not use the safe did not request safe rental. Quality Inn has say 10,000 rooms x 1.50 per nite for safe rental. ($15,000 extra dollars profit each nite.) Same scam as car rental companies have. Time for group action lawsuit.
